Estos dos adjetivos definen perfectamente la cocina de But\u00e1n, no demasiado conocida pese a sus virtudes. Unos platos que, en los hoteles internacionales, adquieren <b>mil y una presentaciones<\/b>, cuidando que el chile, uno de los ingredientes b\u00e1sicos de la gastronom\u00eda del pa\u00eds, est\u00e9 adaptado a los gustos occidentales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\">Si, por el contrario, optamos por los restaurantes locales, la <b>variedad de platos<\/b> es bastante amplia. Quiz\u00e1 uno de los m\u00e1s populares es el <i>ema datse<\/i>, elaborado con brotes de chile cocinados con una base de queso exquisita. Y como tentempi\u00e9 los deliciosos <i>momos<\/i>, que son peque\u00f1as bolas de masa hervidas y rellenas de carne o queso. Tampoco hay que perderse el <i>gondomaru<\/i>, que son huevos revueltos cocinados en mantequilla. Entre ellos podremos encontrar arroz, verduras o encurtidos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"normal\">Las personas vegetarianas est\u00e1n de enhorabuena, porque en la dieta diaria de los habitantes de But\u00e1n no abunda demasiada carne, aunque <b>en los hoteles internacionales se pueden encontrar riqu\u00edsimos guisos<\/b> como el <i>noshahuentsu<\/i>, que incluye cerdo y espinacas, el <i>phagshaphintshom<\/i>, con cerdo y tallarines de arroz, o el <i>bjashamaru<\/i>, un extraordinario guiso de pollo en salsa de ajo y mantequilla. El <i>tsampa<\/i> es otro de los platos m\u00e1s t\u00edpicos de la gastronom\u00eda del pa\u00eds. De origen tibetano, se compone harina de cebada cocinada con sal y mantequilla.
